Federal Agency Assessment Report Building Strong Collaborative Relationships for a Sustainable Water Resources Future

This Federal Agency Assessment was conducted under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers initiative, Building Strong Collaborative Relationships for a Sustainable Water Resources Future. This assessment is intended to focus discussion and deliberation on how the Federal government with available programs and capabilities can better support states, tribes, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other regional water resource entities with integrated water resources management (IWRM). The assessment provides a summary of 12 key Federal water resources agencies, identifying initiatives that leverage resources and facilitate collaborative partnerships for Federal assistance to state and regional water resources planning and presenting issues and opportunities for improving IWRM.
