Former Midtown Service Station Petroleum Tank Release Site

This Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) fact sheet provides an update on the former Midtown Service Station Petroleum Tank Release Site, located at 400 Lake Avenue South, in the City of Paynesville. The site is bounded by Lake Avenue on the east and Mill Street on the north. Land use in the area is a mixture of residential and commercial properties. The site location is shown on page 3 of this fact sheet. The goal of the MPCA is to protect the public health and the City of Paynesville's water supply.
